Sit While You Play Guitar

There are two main positions for playing the guitar while sitting down. These are known as casual and classical. The first thing you want to do is to pick up the guitar and make sure that the body of the guitar is supported by your leg. Next, position your body at the edge of the chair or wherever you may be sitting. Also make sure that your back is straight but not tense. You want to remain relaxed.
